Pizza Bar

The Pizza Bar overlooks the Patio and the infamous Beech Tree donated by Fran DeFrance. The Pizza Bar used to be a separate building next to Mews which the owners decided to purchase and attach to the Tavern so that customers could enjoy their classic pizza without having to leave the action.

The Pizza Bar is a quieter bar and dining area where people can enjoy wathching our pizza chef's tossing dough and cooking pizzas in the Wood Fired Oven! During the winter, the wood fired oven also creates a warm and cozy atmosphere for friends to sit back, relax, and enjoy a cocktail or two!

The Mews Tavern pizza bar is known throughout Rhode Island for their delicious pizza, calzones, and grinders. The dough is  made fresh daily and our guests always get to watch their pizza or calzone be made from scratch and cooked in our oven.
